8 years in a row The Weblog Award has been selected. From January 1 until January 11 anyone could nominate their favorite blogs and at the end of January the winners were announced. The Bloggie of 2008 went to Dooce with blogs like PostSecret and The Consumerist not far behind. Heather B. Armstrong the woman behind Dooce is famous for being fired because of here blog and the term “Dooced” emerged. Meaning “to lose one’s job because of one’s website”.
Head over to the Bloggies site and you’ll most definitely will find some blogs you haven’t heard about before. I just love PostSecret!
