I found this video a while back but I thought I should post it here on our blog if any of you haven’t seen it. If you are a company that’s a consumer brand you really should look at it and ask yourself the question: are we living in this new world with our brand? Do we listen to our consumers and offer them our product and/or service the way the want it?
